Spring Kallah

Grades Invited: 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th, 12th

Description: The theme for Spring Kallah (Gathering) is Childhood Nostalgia, so make sure to bring your B'nai Mitzvah photos! Jewish teens across the state of New Jersey, Rockland and Orange Counties in New York, who are in grades 8th to 12th are invited! This event is a great way to make new friends with programs run by our NFTY leadership or to reconnect with old ones during their free time! At this event, we will have amazing programs, NFTY traditions, food, fun, and more! Whether this is your first NFTY event or you have been to an event before, we can’t wait to see you there! Travel/Additional Directions: *Masks will be required during the duration of the event. Appropriate distancing will be practiced during meals as well as mask breaks, which will be held outside and will be provided throughout the day. *Participants will be expected to be dropped off by 10:00 AM and picked up no later than 11:00 PM. Participants will be expected to stay for the duration of the event unless an early pickup or late drop-off has been confirmed in writing with the Board Mentor, Jason Flatt. An optional bus will be available to help transport participants to and from Spring Kallah. The bus is included in the price of the event. It will depart 8:30am from Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple and return approximately at 11:45pm that evening. Masks will be required during the duration of the bus ride. *Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required to attend NFTY-GER events. Email jflatt@nfty.org with any questions.
